First American Buys Waco, Texas, Title Firm

First American Financial Corp., Santa Ana-based provider of real estate-related financial and information services, said Wednesday that it has acquired First TitleCo. of Waco, Texas. Terms of the application, which was completed Dec. 1, were not disclosed.

First Title, which has two offices in Waco, will retain its name. David Kramer has been named division president of the 33-employee company, with Terry Stevens serving as senior vice president.
