Santa Barbara’s Stearns Wharf, damaged by fire last month, will host judging for the 13th annual “Parade of Lights” at dusk next Sunday, Dec. 13. Dozens of boats with lighted displays are expected to parade past the wharf, where 13 of the 16 businesses remain open. . . . The launch of the Disney Cruise Line’s second ship, the Disney Wonder, has been postponed from March 14 to Aug. 15, 1999, due to construction delays. A total of 44 voyages are affected, a spokeswoman said. Refunds and rebookings on the company’s other ship, the Disney Magic, are being offered; tel. (407) 566-7000.. . . . Adolf Hitler’s 262-acre Obersalzberg summer retreat, perched on the edge of the Bavarian Alps, is to be converted into a 200-bed luxury tourist resort opening in 2002, the Bavarian government announced. Bavaria already is building a historical documentation center at the site that is expected to open mid-1999.
