Although Jones became the county’s all-time leading rusher earlier this season, his 195-yard, two-touchdown performance on a muddy field helped Laguna Hills to a 19-0 victory over Covina Northview in the Division VII semifinals, putting the Hawks in a section final for the first time since the Hawks won the 1991 Division VII title.
