House of Fabrics’ New Warrants at $3.02 a Share
House of Fabrics Inc., a Sherman Oaks fabric retailer, said its 256,821 series ‘A’ warrants--new warrants issued as part of bankruptcy reorganization--may now be traded at $3.02 per share, subject to adjustments until April 28, 1997.
The company emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August, and it now operates 267 stores around the country.
