Walk for Seniors Part of Statewide Event
A one-mile walk for seniors is set for 8:30 a.m. May 18 in Huntington Beach as part of a statewide event.
The walk to celebrate Senior Center Awareness Week is sponsored by the California Park & Recreation Society, the California Assn. of Senior Service Centers and Secure Horizons.
The $4.50 registration fee includes an event T-shirt, entertainment, goody bag and lunch.
