Four-Star Movies : ‘The Court Jester’
Written and directed by Norman Panama and Melvin Frank, this 1956 spoof of knight errantry and errant knights is the creme de la creme of Danny Kaye (pictured). All together now: “The pellet with the poison’s in the vessel with the pestle ...” (AMC Friday at 2 p.m.)
