Tough Gun Control Laws to Be Drafted in Canada

MONTREAL — Canada’s Justice Minister vowed Friday to increase gun control and to present tough legislation before the end of the year for new laws that would include requiring all firearms to be registered.
Justice Minister Allan Rock told reporters after meeting with gun owners and gun-control lobbyists in Montreal that he hopes to present proposals to Parliament in Ottawa before Christmas.
