Help for Immigrants: A free brochure to help recent immigrants use the 911 emergency telephone service has been released by Consumer Action, Sprint and the U.S. Office of Consumer Affairs. The pamphlet, titled “Getting Help in an Emergency: Dialing 911,” will be distributed in six languages--English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese and Russian.
