Wiz Technology Reports 1,115 New Kiosk Orders
Wiz Technology Inc. said Wednesday that it has received orders for 1,115 of its kiosk displays of bargain computer software. Among the supermarkets and convenience stores that have ordered the displays for their aisles are Alpha Beta and Lucky supermarkets in California, HEB markets in Texas and Furrs stores in New Mexico. Each kiosk displays hundreds of computer software titles that sell for $5 to $10 apiece. Wiz Technology, based in San Juan Capistrano, said it expects $1.5 million to $2 million in sales from the new orders.
