Three Flight Attendants Charge Co-Workers: The attendants at American Airlines filed internal union charges against about 440 fellow members of the Assn. of Professional Flight Attendants for crossing the picket line during a five-day strike in November. Those named in the charges could be fined or expelled from the union if an arbitrator finds them guilty of strike-breaking activities, an APFA spokesman said. A company spokesman said the airline will pay for the attendants’ defense.
