Irvine Spectrum Wins New Tenant: The Irvine Spectrum has wooed Advanced Sterilization Products, which has inked a five-year lease to take 75,760 square feet of space at 33 Technology Drive.
The company, a division of Johnson & Johnson Medical Inc., is investigating a new process for the sterilization of medical instruments.
The five-year lease starts in August. No value on the deal was disclosed.
