WASHINGTON — Juana Bordas, a Peace Corp volunteer to Chile in the 1960s, is under consideration as its director, Administration sources say. Bordas, of Denver, works for the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs, Colo., and has been active in leadership training for Latinas.
