Eugene L. Goda has been appointed president and chief executive of Simulation Sciences Inc., a Fullerton software company. Goda joined the company in 1991 as president and chief operating officer. He was previously president and chief operating officer of Meridian Software Systems in Irvine. In addition, N. Fred Brannock has been appointed vice president of strategic business operations, and Jackson Baker was chosen for the newly created position of vice president of software engineering. Brannock had been vice president of marketing since 1989. Baker joined the company last year as a consultant.
