BRIDGE BUILDING: If you wonder why the annual Japan Expo is not coming back to the Anaheim Convention Center this year, it is--but under a new title. . . . The newly named three-day U.S.-Japan Expo starts there today. It’s a combination trade show and cultural festival, specializing in Japanese food and entertainment. But a spokeswoman explains: “We changed the name to help bridge relations between the U.S. and Japan--and to encourage more American companies to participate.”
