MOUSE PACK: Ex-Rat Packer Joey Bishop of Newport Beach calls the TV bio of Frank Sinatra, which concludes tonight at 9 on CBS, “about as honest as I’ve ever seen anyone done in a movie.” . . . Bishop has written his own humorous memoirs about his days with Frank, Peter Lawford, Sammy and Dino, which he calls “I Was a Mouse in the Rat Pack.” Publishers, however, weren’t interested. “They want to hear really raunchy stuff,” he says, “but I don’t want to do that.”
