Bush on Clinton’s Trip to Moscow
As a Vietnam-era veteran I like Clinton more because he opposed the Vietnam War. As a naive college student, I signed up for the Navy flight program so I could go to Vietnam and save America. I spent six years in the Navy, met many fellow pilots returning from ‘Nam, and lost many friends to the folly of that war.
We don’t need a President who will snooker the American public into another war like Johnson did in Vietnam and Bush did in the Persian Gulf. We need a President who can negotiate diplomatic solutions and not pursue war with a political and business agenda.
