Country Time: Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Pam Tillis and Tanya Tucker have been added to the list of performers who will sing Sept. 30 on the Country Music Association awards show. CBS will broadcast the show live from the Grand Ole Opry House. . . .Country singers Billy Ray Cyrus and Patti Page will be inducted into the Country Hall of Fame on Oct. 1 in Nashville. While Cyrus has had only one hit album and one hit single, Page has had 160 singles in her five-decade career.
