Hurricane Andrew
Everyone knew that Hurricane Andrew was going to hit Florida. Not only the day, but the hour.
Why in the world weren’t emergency rations ready? Not only did the people in charge of such things know where Andrew was going to hit, they even knew when the hurricane was leaving!
There must be food products that can be made and stored for such emergencies. Something on the order of Army rations. Relief should be available in hours instead of days!
