WOMAN SCORNED
I always enjoy your section, but it is very unbalanced and I would like to know why.
For instance, in a recent issue you reviewed books written by 23 men but only 5 women. And you used 13 male reviewers but only one female reviewer! This doesn’t make sense when nine out of 20 books on the fiction and nonfiction bestseller lists are written by women.
Why are you ignoring books written by women? And why can’t I read more reviews written by women? Can you explain this imbalance to me?
