LITTLE EXPOSURE: You didn’t see Thomas Moore of Cypress accepting his Emmy for film editing this week? His award came on the first Emmy night, which was not broadcast on TV. But Moore, who won for editing the season finale of CBS’s “Northern Exposure,” was thrilled nonetheless. . . . What do film editors do? “A lot of producers ask that same question,” quips Moore. “Ours is a fast-paced show; basically I see to it that the scenes move along so that the high points are closer together.” Moore says he worked a month on the finale, which will be rebroadcast Sept. 14.
