Cruising: Tom Cruise and his agent of almost 11 years, Creative Artists Agency’s Paula Wagner, are forming a film production company. CAA announced Sunday that Cruise and Wagner’s company will develop and produce movies, some of which will include Cruise as an actor or director. The new company has not been named yet.
