Wait Reduction
Jack Adler’s story (“Trying to Reduce Wait at Airports,” May 3) regarding delays at LAX in processing immigration and customs was timely. We just returned from Europe and to our surprise and delight found: customs’ green and red lines, just like Europe, worked like a charm; immigration was fairly quick and the officer said “welcome home”; (Bradley) international terminal now has hundreds of new baggage carts available and free, just like in Europe.
