ROAD WARRIORS IV: Some things you may want to know about the Guns N’ Roses/Metallica tour:

* How long will each band play? Metallica will be on for about 2 hours and 15 minutes, GNR for about half an hour longer. (Opening act Faith No More will do about 45 minutes.)

* Who gets paid more? The two headliners will split their take evenly.

* Who pays overtime if the shows run late? If it’s due to Axl Rose’s fondness for late starts, GNR pays.

* Will the tour play multiple dates in any cities? The plan is to play only once at each stop in order to reach as many cities as possible.

* Most importantly: What will tickets cost? The bands pledge that tickets will be in the $25 range in most cities, a bargain by big-show standards these days.
