CALMER NIGHT: The L.A. riots touched even the Happiest Place on Earth. Disneyland had a highly visual marketing campaign for its new Fantasmic night-time special effects show--debuting May 15--which includes lots of fire and lasers. . . . “Be There When the Night Ignites,” with a backdrop of fire licking the skies, was the campaign theme. But after last week’s events, the slogan was dropped. “It just wasn’t the right time for it,” says one Disney official.
