KING CASE AFTERMATH: READERS RESPOND : Outraged by Charges

I am outraged and offended by the accusations of racism leveled at the residents of Ventura County.

It is unfair to label the outcome of the King trial as biased because of its location. Who are the real racists--those who would have preferred an all-black jury?

The geographic location of my home has no bearings on who I am. I believe in fairness and equality of all people. I will not second-guess the jury, particularly on the basis of where they live.
