Obituaries : Services Planned for Slain Man, Son

Services will be held Sunday and Monday for Ismael Cervantes Sr., 43, and his son, Ismael Cervantes Jr., 13, who were among five people killed after the elder Cervantes’ food sales truck was hijacked. A vigil is planned for 7 p.m. Sunday at Little Church of the Flowers at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, 1712 S. Glendale Ave. in Glendale. A funeral, with burial to follow, is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Recessional at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park in Glendale.
