Carl Karcher Enterprises Inc.: The Anaheim-based parent of Carl’s Jr. restaurants said fourth-quarter net income was $617,000, contrasted with an $8.9-million net loss a year ago. Revenue rose fractionally to $118.8 million. Full-year net income climbed 132% to $13 million, while revenue rose 2% to $521.8 million. Year-ago figures included a fourth-quarter reserve of $14.5 million for the restructuring of the company’s Arizona operations.
