Mexican Broadcaster Plans Stock Offering: The Mexican broadcasting giant Televisa plans to offer stock on international exchanges this year, the daily La Jornada said. It said Televisa will offer stock representing between 25% and 30% of its capital on the exchanges in New York, Tokyo and elsewhere.
