Commercial Scene : Partnership to Build on Santa Monica Site
The Lewi/Cetta Partnership has paid just under $4 million for 17,500 square feet of land occupied by a small building at 550 Wilshire Blvd., Santa Monica. The buyer and the seller, 6th & Wilshire Ltd. Partnership, were both represented by the Los Angeles office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services.
Peter Lewi, partner with architect Vito Cetta in the purchase, said the partnership will submit a proposal to the city to build a four-story, 43,000-square-foot retail/office project on the site. The building will be designed by Cetta.
