Commercial Scene : Apartment Complex in Riverside Changes Owners

Senior Corp. has sold a 224-unit apartment complex at 1102 Linden St., Riverside, to Summerville/Jensen Trusts for $10.15 million.
Tenants in the complex, which has 14 buildings, will not be affected by the sale. The Inland Empire office of Hanes Co. Inc. represented both parties in the transaction.
