Firm Replaces Berries, Vegetables to Win Architecture Award

The Cypress Business Park, being built on what had been fields growing the above melange, has just won its 17th national architectural award.

The latest honor was won by Warland Business Park, a $15- million project located in the 500-acre Cypress Business Park. Warland was named a National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks Grand Award winner. The project is a development of Warland Investments Ltd. of Santa Monica and was designed by Howard F. Thompson & Associates of Irvine.

Cypress Business Park is located in Cypress off Katella Avenue between Valley View Street and Knott Avenue.
