An Israeli court postponed a lawsuit by New York’s Bankers Trust Co. to break up troubled Koor Industries, Israel’s largest industrial concern, over a $20-million debt . . . The Soviet government’s top trade official denied that the ruble will be devalued by 50% in 1990, as had been widely assumed in the West from recent Soviet media reports. Vladimir Kamentsev, deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers and head of the State Foreign Economic Commission, said the fall in value will apply only to domestic deals, not foreign trading.
