TW Services, which owns Denny’s coffee shops and El Pollo Loco restaurants, once again urged its stockholders to reject a $1.14-billion takeover offer by Coniston Partners. The food service company said the $29-a-share offer was too low. Coniston executives, whose offer expires Dec. 13, said almost 82% of TW shares have been tendered.
