A deranged and screaming man, released from prison 10 days before, fatally shot two Miami policemen with their own guns. The suspect fled north in a patrol car into Broward County before he was apprehended about 30 minutes after the shooting in a north Dade County trailer park. Police identified the suspect as Charles H. Street, 34, of Boynton Beach, who was released Nov. 18 from Martin Correctional Institution in Indiantown after serving eight years for first-degree attempted murder. Investigators said the two officers who were killed, Richard Boles, 41, and David Strzalkowski, 34, answered an early morning disturbance call at the trailer park.
