Jeff Pease has been named chief financial officer for MagneTek ALS, the lead company in MagneTek Inc.’s new defense systems division. Pease was previously director of internal audit, responsible for all MagneTek divisions. In addition, Ed Rizzotti was appointed to the new position of vice president of government systems. He will be responsible for integrating MagneTek ALS’s marketing/business development and program-management resources with those throughout the parent company. Previously, Rizzotti worked at Grumman Aerospace Corp., Raytheon and Allied Signal Aerospace. MagneTek ALS, Anaheim, designs and develops custom and standard power-conversion and conditioning equipment for government and military applications.
