Litton has named James C. Munger president of its electron devices division in San Carlos. Munger, 61, replaces Gerold R. Pokorny, who had been serving as acting president. Munger had been executive vice president of the division. Pokorny is head of the electronic devices and materials group in Litton’s components and industrial products business segment.
