Media mogul, basketball team owner and frequent dinner speaker Ted Turner, apologizing to Young Artists United--a Hollywood activist political organization--for missing its pre-dinner cocktail party Tuesday night: “I was upstairs watchin’ the Hawks on TV. I know y’all probably had a lot things to discuss, but I’m paying (Hawks center) Moses Malone $2 million a year and I hadn’t seen him play yet.”
