This event will support the group’s work rescuing, rehabilitating and relocating wild and exotic animals.
The day’s events include the News Media Challenge, $3,000 in prizes, and a trip for two to Hawaii; live country music; an auction; a petting zoo; and contests for ugliest boot, best hat, Miss Chili Pepper, cook’s showmanship, and “People’s Choice” chili.
For the first time, the winner of the Super Bowl of Chili will be eligible to compete in both the ICS California State Championship and at the Texas Terlingua Chili Cook-off.
