ITC Entertainment Group said a management group has reached a buyout agreement with Bell Group Ltd. Terms of the deal for ITC Entertainment, whose film library includes such titles as “On Golden Pond,” “Sophie’s Choice” and “The Saint” television series, were not disclosed. The Bell Group, controlled by Australian investor Robert Holmes a Court, has been selling assets since suffering losses of more than $690 million in the October, 1987, stock market crash. The ITC management group is led by Chief Executive Jerry Leider and Chief Operating Officer Chris Gorog.
