Harris Corp. said it has signed a definitive agreement covering its previously disclosed plan to buy General Electric Co.’s solid state semiconductor business for $206 million. Melbourne, Fla.-based Harris, which had overall sales of $2.1 billion last year, supplies information, communication and semiconductor systems, products and services to government and commercial markets worldwide.
