Carol Burnett is making her way--sans mop and bucket, this time--back to the CBS network, in a show executive-produced and directed by noted film director Robert Altman. The show, as yet untitled, is a limited series of half-hour shows to be distributed by Walt Disney Television. The format, according to CBS Entertainment president Kim LeMasters, will have Burnett be herself starring in a road show meandering through America, and many of the episodes will be shot on location throughout the country.
