Romeo Places 4th in Bowling Final

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —  After entering the final round seeded third, Robin Romeo of Van Nuys was defeated in the stepladder finals of the $35,000 Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour Denver Classic on Thursday, finishing fourth.

Romeo, who won $1,750, lost to Jeanne Maiden of Solon, Ohio, 235-220, in the second round. Romeo entered the final round with a 42-game total of 9,624 pins.
