Selecting the Presidential Candidates

The world is full of crazies, but I can’t believe there are enough of them in my own country to elect a Baptist minister, or a TV evangelist, both of whom have no knowledge of running a country, to the presidency.
We’re bad enough off as it is, at least to anyone with some fear of what the future holds for the U.S., without upsetting that cart of rotten apples by making things worse. And as a Republican, I cannot believe that I or other Republicans would vote for Bush to propagate President Reagan’s disastrous policy, which he will certainly do.
