Rancho California Apartments Planned

A 176-unit apartment complex is planned at intersection of Whitewood and Murrieta Hot Springs roads, Rancho California, by Philip D’Agostini, a San Diego builder and joint-venture partner Craig F. White.
The project, valued at $11.5 million, will be built on a 12.9-acre parcel with 128 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom units.
