Iran, Italy to Talk on Gulf

ROME — Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Andreotti will meet Mohammed Jawad Larinjani, Iran’s deputy foreign minister, for talks in Rome today just before the Cabinet meets to discuss the Persian Gulf crisis, officials said.
