Dodgers Didn’t Have to Sign Raines, After All

I am amused at the concept of loyalty in respect to Dodger fans. As a 12-year Dodger season ticket-holder in Brooklyn, I did not see any loyalty displayed to the fans who were acknowledged the most loyal in baseball when Mr. O’Malley left for California gold.

I did change my loyalty after Mr. O’Malley changed his. I am now a very happy Met fan watching my team on cable TV.
