31 Die in Thai Collision

BANGKOK, Thailand — Thirty-one Thai Muslims were killed and 17 others injured when two speeding pickup trucks taking them on religious outings crashed head-on in southern Thailand on Thursday, police said Friday. They said 12 of the dead were children and that both drivers also were killed.
