IBM is expected to unveil a new personal computer this week aimed at the educational market. The new IBM PC will be priced at about $1,000 and use Intel Corp.’s 8086 microprocessor, analysts said. Analysts also said Tandy Corp. will introduce at least three new PCs this week, including its most powerful ever, in a bid to regain lost ground in the market.
