School Land to Be Developed
San Diego Unified School District will receive $200 million for a 65-year lease of 24 acres to be used for a 10-building light-industrial park at the northwest corner of Mira Mesa and Lusk boulevards.
R. G. Richardson Co., of San Diego, will develop the project in a joint venture with the Great American Development Co., also of San Diego. Completion is scheduled for next April.
Nielsen Construction Co., of San Diego, will be construction manager and general contractor for the $16.6-million building project.
