‘Tear Down the Berlin Wall’
As a veteran of combat in Europe in World War II, I vigorously disagree with President Reagan, a veteran of Hollywood in World War II, on his challenge to the Soviet Union to tear down the Berlin Wall.
The German nation is guilty of starting two world wars in my lifetime and causing much loss of life and property throughout Europe. I feel that the wall should stay put well into the 21st Century as a daily reminder to all German people that they are not to try to conquer the nations around them ever again.
